Which is considered an alternative to the practical application that is supposed to be carried out by students of the fourth stage of the law department in the courts, in order to implement prevention and safety measures, The subject of the lawsuit that was applied in the virtual courtroom was (the right of pre-emption in Iraqi law).
Through this court, students of the fourth stage were trained on how to start the procedures for filing a case (the right of pre-emption) from its inception until the court’s ruling.
