Medical Physics Department
The department was founded in the academic year 2014 \ 2015. It is a branch of applied Physics, which specializes in the application of the principles of physics to the diagnosis of diseases and sometimes their treatment. A significant number of tools and techniques based on physical principled have proven their effectiveness in modern medical practice.
Nursing department
The nursing department established in Madenat Alelem University College in 2018-2019. It was initiated in responding to the needs of the Iraqi Ministry of Health for highly qualified nurses in order to meet the goals and objectives of nursing future vision in Iraq. The graduated students will acquire knowledge and skills and they will understand the humanity in the profession.
Computer Engineering Techniques Department
This is one of the first departments of ( MEUC ), beginning in the academic year 2005 / 2006 . The aim of the department is to produce qualified engineers specialized in all technical aspects of computers and digital communication systems.
Department of Biology
The Department of biological Sciences is considered as a pillar in the progress of society. It aims to provide the country with scientific and technical expert graduates who are highly qualified to work in the fields of biological sciences at its various branches in the society and state institutions.
Computer Engineering Department
This department was established in the same year (MEUC) was established i.e. 2004 / 2005. The main aim of the department is to qualify and graduate specialized computer engineers capable to deal with the rapid advances in computer engineering and information technology.
Department of Anesthesia and intensive care techniques
The department of anesthesia and intensive care techniques was founded in the academic year 2017/2018, with assistance from the Iraqi ministry of health. It is the first of its kind in Iraq in the private education institutions.
Civil Engineering Department
This department was established in the same year (MEUC) was established i.e. 2004 / 2005. The main aim of the department is to qualify and graduate specialized computer engineers capable to deal with the rapid advances in computer engineering and information technology.
Accounting Department
Accounting department was established in the academic year 2011-2012. Since then it has been tasked with preparing competent accountants who have an accounting knowledge that keeps pace with the development of economic units.
Law Department
The law department was established in the academic year 2004/2005, the same year the college was founded. The duration of the study is four calendar years, where graduates are awarded a bachelor’s degree in law. The graduate has the right to belong to the bar association and to obtain its identity to practice law and the association of Iraqi jurists.
